Whelan Law has deep roots in Irish legal practice. Originally founded as Matthew MacNamara & Sons in 1939, the firm was rebranded in 2019 as Whelan Law — under the ongoing leadership of John Whelan, who has served as principal since 1990. 

John is a solicitor known for his meticulous preparation, quiet determination, and deep sense of duty to each client. Every case is personal. Every outcome matters.
