Patient Safety
In recent years there has been some significant national coverage relating the Patient Safety Act and when the Patient Safety (Notifiable Patient Safety Incidents) Bill was introduced in 2019 it was hailed as a milestone in Ireland’s Healthcare System, aiming to ensure clinicians fully inform patients of serious safety incidents.
